Shortbread cookies are my favorite cookie.I have tried twice now to make them and my recipes are the wrong ones i suppose because they did not work at all.
So I suppose I will just have to stick with ones from the bakery because I cannot make them.
But they sure are a delicious christmas treat. This is the only time of year I eat them, otherwise it just seems wrong.
